You are responsible for data you enter. We are not liable for damages from tool use. Tax calculator provides estimates — consult a CPA. Contract templates are informational — consult an attorney. NDA templates are starter documents — consult a lawyer for legally binding agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
The FreelancerKit name, logo, design, and code are our property. Content you create using our tools (invoices, NDAs, proposals) belongs to you.
5. Advertising
We display ads via Google AdSense. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
6. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. We collect no personal data. Tools run locally in your browser.
7. Limitations
FreelancerKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our tools or content.
